You may enroll your child into available classes any time during the year. When you sign up for a class on the day and time of your choice, your child remains enrolled in that class until they are ready to move up a level, transfer to a more convenient class time, or take a break. When your child is ready to move up a level we will work with you to find an appropriate class that fits your schedule. We ask for at least a three-month commitment as it may take that long to see noticeable improvement in your child's comfort and skills.
TUITION AND PAYMENTS
Our tuition is collected on the 15th of the current month for the next month’s classes. Your monthly tuition is billed to a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), debit card or bank draft. All tuition is collected automatically on the 15th of the month. If your payment is declined, we will promptly contact you. Tuition must be paid immediately or you will forfeit your space in the class.
Little Fishes will be closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday through Sunday), and Christmas Eve Day through New Year’s Day. In addition to the previous holidays, Little Fishes is closed for quarterly staff development training. These closures are not eligible for make-up classes.
A Break Form must be submitted to withdraw your student from our program. The form can be submitted at our front desk or online. If the Break Form is received before billing, you will finish your current month of lessons and not be charged for an additional month. If the break form is received after billing, you will be enrolled in lessons until the end of that following month. It is unnecessary to fill out a Break Form if you are moving class levels.
Each student is eligible to schedule one make-up for one absence per month. A make-up must be scheduled within four weeks of the absence (before or after) and while you are still enrolled in our program. Make-ups can be scheduled through our Parent Portal, at the front desk, or over the phone and are provided on a first come, first serve basis. If you need to re-schedule a make-up class you must provide 48 hours’ notice. You must be available during our scheduled make-up classes. Make-up classes may have a wider age and ability range than your weekly class. There are no make-up classes offered for the Infant Splash level. There are no refunds for missed regular or make-up classes.
REUSABLE SWIM DIAPER
All non-potty trained students must wear a reusable swim diaper which can be purchased at the front desk for $12. Reusable swim diapers differ from Little Swimmers* in that they are fabric and do not pose the threat of disintegrating in the pools. They are cleaner and save you money!
